The thought of working with your husband or wife every day and then also spending your home life together might seem overwhelming, if not downright challenging. Contrary to this belief, it doesn’t have to be. Many people may be reluctant to join the real estate business with their partner because they fear they might not always see the “bigger picture” or worse, maybe butt heads. Work woes could carry into their personal life. The truth of the matter is, that’s how the big picture is created! April and I have been in this business for quite some time together and if there is one thing we’ve learned it’s that marriage and real estate certainly make a good pair! We don’t always agree on everything and that’s okay because our client is always at the heart of our decisions--what is best for them? At Moayyer Real Estate Group, we are firm believers that the path to success and leaving your mark on the world begins with a solid foundation and that your foundation begins with one another and your home life. (And of course for us, our four-legged munchkin, Ruby Tuesday!) To put it simply, our business would not make the impact it does today if it weren’t for the skills and experience we both bring to the table. With our diverse backgrounds in various fields, we are able to come together to create the same foundation we preach so strongly about. Your foundation begins with one another recognizing your strengths and using those to overcome your weaknesses. This is already something that happens all the time within your home. This is why we chose to enter the real estate business together as a partnership. It all starts at home, and it ends there all the same.

We pride ourselves on the simple fact that we make it our top priority to truly create the best home buying experience possible. Our own experience with buying homes dates back to the early years of our relationship and we understand the pressures that accompany the process. Being able to help others overcome those obstacles is why we do what we do and why we love it!
We get it and we’ve been there MANY TIMES...Ohio, South Carolina, Idaho, Las Vegas and most recently came back home to Grand Rapids!
We have survived the chaos of moving on various occasions and because of this, we have extensive networks in all of those areas. At the end of the day, there is nothing more rewarding than bringing others together the same way we began - by finding a home and helping create our client’s foundation to grow.
